Appraisal Procedure / Fees
- Contact us. Either e-mail us by clicking on the "contact" button, or phone (630)359-9013 and ask for Tom Guerin. Tell us how many firearms you have;their make and models. Also, tell us in what city or town you live and whether you:

will be able to bring the firearms to us (we have locations on the east
coast, in the midwest and in the southwest), or
·
will be shipping them, or
·
want one of our consultants to travel to you.
- Fee determination. Based upon the information
you provide to us, we will determine the fee for appraising each of your
firearms and communicate that information to you.
- Engagement. If you want to proceed with the
appraisal and agree to pay the fee(s) agreed upon, we will provide you with
our standard Engagement Agreement, setting out the terms of our engagement for
you to sign and return to us.
- Bring or ship your firearms to us. After we
receive your signed Engagement Agreement, we will call to arrange a mutually
acceptable time schedule.
- We will prepare your appraisal and if you shipped
your firearms to us, we will return them. If we ship the firearms, we
will let you know when to expect to receive them. We will provide you with
two copies of each appraisal letter, one for your records and one for your
insurance company.
